I think this only shows amino acid position rather than genomic location but i'll look into it.

We've discuss this today. It appears that we need more time to research about it. We'll move ahead and create the search form and functions first while Anastasia takes her time to read up more about the topic.

Collectively agreed on UCSC genome browser with unirpot modified residues track. I have produced urls for each entry and added to Final_Phosphosite_genomic_locations.csv. The code for this is added to Genomic_locations_merge.ipynb. The code for embedding the UCSC browser into website is provided in app/templates/GB_Test.html.
