pypi compatibility about pyshbundle HOT 6 CLOSED

Updated requirements.txt; it now seems to be working. However, need to install jupyter first and then pip install pyshbundle in the conda environment for smooth execution.

master-5hk appears to be working. Try creating new functions for these:

• reader
• TIME
• last_4chars

Check difference between functions:

• reader
• reader_replacer_jpl
• reader_replacer_csr
• reader_replacer_itsg

The reader, TIME and last_4chars are sub-functions defined within the reader_replacer_jpl file. They are already working within the module. As such, no further modification has been made.

However, it would be a good programming practice to rearrange the code a bit.
