default subsong is ignored on playback about gbsplay HOT 2 CLOSED

Plan of action:
Currently gbs_get_status() yields song == 0 before the first call to gbs_init().

1. check if setting gbs->status.song = gbs->default_song in gbs_open() fixes this.
2. Next try an initial call to gbs_init() from gbs_open(). The struct gbs would then be initialized completely and ready to go. No need for the API user to call gbs_open(); gbs_get_status(); gbs_init() if she just wants to play the default subsong.
3. git bisect if all else fails.
