Updated the readme. Are the instructions ok?

I'm wondering if the majority of our documentation should be moved to markdown files on at https://github.com/mmbot/mmbot similar to what hubot is doing. Maybe move the wiki to markdown docs?

This has now been changed. The CodeBetter CI server will now regenerate and commit the catalog each time a commit has been made to master.

This means we no longer need the scripts in the gh-pages branch
