Same issue here, i want use your code, in Tia 15.1 to generate and export the source block of all directory in recursive manner, and with this tecnich i'll use git to manage the evolution of my projects (i know Tia 16 support the versioning, but unfortunatly, my work place has Tia 15.1 projects...)

Just download the code, open the File "CodeGeneratorOpenness.sln" with Visual Studio and change the reference of "Siemens.Engineering.dll" to your Version and compile and run the project.
