I've invited you to the repo, and I have no objections to adding you to the top-level org if you need that too. You should have NPM access too.

personally I am fine with it, I wonder if anyone in Stack Exchange has a say on it? have you tried contacting the previous owner of the fork?

Yes, take over. We worked on this but never finished it or got it into a releaseable, documented state.

That would be nice, but not completely necessary right now. I just need someone to enable this repo at travis.
