Improve web presence & URL about mininet HOT 5 CLOSED

Octopress is OK. However, the default layout is rather wasteful of space; the font is too big, and the page headers are large and largely unnecessary.

First revised web site is live. We can enhance it as desired.

Holy crap, this is AWESOME! What a difference - on FOSwiki, all pages take
about 600-800ms for me on wireless behind a cable modem.

With the new site, the main page loads in about 250 ms, and other pages
with less stuff like download load in under 50ms consistently.

Nice job! You really notice the difference - with the static site, pages
feel like they load instantly now.

I think we'll call it done with the first revision then - bugs can either be fixed as desired or filed as issues.
