我觉得可以将app.conf改名成app.conf.example，系统启动的时候如果发现没有app.conf,就copy一个，这样更新的时候也只会覆盖example，到时候对比一下新旧文件也可以知道怎么手动改自己的app.conf

建议保留，当然可以在升级的时候 app.conf 可以更名，如 rpm 升级一样， xxx.rpmnew 。另外，升级前备份配置和数据，这个应该是正常流程。

收到，后续release时，会修改压缩脚本，去掉app.conf 或者 考虑改下升级流程
