Yes, that would be the only way to handle this. Apart from other pseudo classes lilke :last-child etc.

So there is no way to had the :active and :visited styles without an error?

Pull request #11 was merged and published as a pre-release Nu Get package 10 days ago.
This should ignore individual style-merge errors, and continue without breaking the entire transformation.
Read the release notes here: https://nuget.org/packages/PreMailer.Net/2.0.0-alpha, and install directly using the Install-Package PreMailer.Net -Pre command

How can I make pseudo classes show in output HTML in HEAD stylesheet tag instead of inline style attributes which obviously won't work.
