EDNS Client IP 是用于 EDNS Client Subnet 精准解析(需要 DoH 接口支持)，一般不需要更改。
如果您出于隐私考量使用 DoH，不想让您的 IP 地址等网络信息发送到权威 DNS 服务器，您可以将他设置为0.0.0.0。或者您希望将把发送到服务器的 IP 最后一位抹除您可以将他设置为0.0.0.1 (这是由客户端实现的)。
黑名单每行一个域名，暂不支持通配符(之后将会支持)。重定向名单格式与hosts文件一致。

恩…如果可以的话，之后我会写一些更详细的使用说明文档……
