Support BLOB data types about repodb HOT 6 CLOSED

Any data type PrimaryKey is supported by the library. The returnedId variable must contain the newly added record's PrimaryKey (SCOPE_IDENTITY() for INT IDENTITY and GUID for UNIQUEIDENTIFIER).

The issue here is not the PK but the support for BLOB data types. Integration tests shows that BINARY, VARBINARY and IMAGE are not supported by readers based on IL EMIT commands.

Further, DATETIMEOFFSET AND Spatial types like GEOGRAPHY AND GEOMETRY are not supported also.

Fixed at the version greater than "beta5". Introduced the [TypeMap] interface for some special case to support the property-level type mapping. Also requested at (reddit).

• Supported the BLOB Data Type
• Supported the Binary Data Type

The DataTimeOffset is not yet supported for now.

For the Spatial types like GEOGRAPHY ang GEOMETRY, I will try do create an Integration Test.
