I can print to my new printer with eg. echo "hello" > /dev/rfcomm0. But when using the same printer path for a new fileconnector, I get this as an output:

Even when I use your example 1:1, I've got the same message:

<?php
/* Call this file 'hello-world.php' */
require 'vendor/autoload.php';
use Mike42\Escpos\PrintConnectors\FilePrintConnector;
use Mike42\Escpos\Printer;
$connector = new FilePrintConnector("/dev/rfcomm0");
$printer = new Printer($connector);
$printer -> text("Hello World!\n");
$printer -> cut();
$printer -> close();

Calling php test.php results in:
