Error: Applications are expected to have a root view controller at the end of application launch about monotouch.dialog HOT 4 CLOSED

If you use the new style of applications in iOS5, you must set the RootViewController on the UIWindow.

That is a new iOS 5 feature part of the cleanup to bring UIViewController containing into place.

I've added:

window.RootViewController = navigation;

at the beginning of the Main.cs class, in the FinishedLaunching method. Still get the same error.

I downloaded the latest version of MonoTouch.Dialog, but I still get the same error crashing the included "Sample" project with MonoDevelop 2.8.2 and MonoTouch 5.0.2:

I tried to manually add the controller as root controller, but nothing seems to work. :(
