Would you be willing to share the individual-level parcellations as well? @mandymejia, @damondpham, and I are interested in seeing if we can recover some of the individual-level information using template ICA

To whom it may concern,

In order to running 'Run_infomap_2015', an (.mat) file is required which containing a node-to-node distance matrix and it is already provided in MSC dataset. However, I want to use my own data to generate vertex-wise network. So how should I get this distance matrix?

I have preprocessed my data though HCP rs-fMRI pipeline (including FIX and MSMAll). Please let me know if it is helpful in running MSC code.

Thanks for sharing the dataset and the source code,

I found a few errors with the latest bids validation version (mostly formatting and bad json).

Here is a script with the patches to apply (already generated + scripts to generate the fixes), and a batch script that apply these patches on the data.

Issues includes the one shown in the below logs.

Only errors have been fixed (not warnings).

I am trying to go through the FCPROCESS_HCP.m, there is a function called read_4dfpimg_HCP, however, I could find it nowhere. Is it possible to share this script? Thanks a lot.
