Interesting. Sometimes the list by ID and list by name have different results, so them being the same rules out a couple of potential issues.

Edit: Found the issue - Obsidian has a built in auto-updater, but their Auto-Updater doesn't update the version written in the registry, which is where WinGet pulls the version information from

Can you share the output of winget list obsidian ? I'd like to see if there is something which is causing the version mapping to be incorrect on your setup, since it appears properly when I test it in my environment
