Note that that's what you get running from VS. If you run from command line (yarn windows --release
) it fails to load the bundle:

Changing the startup project to the projectName.Package project avoids hitting the error, but it's still unable to find the bundle (same as with the command line instructions)

The packaged app launches but can't find the bundle file because it's got an incorrect path set. So that's one bug that needs to be fixed.
The unpackaged app crashes because it doesn't include WinUI3 with it, and as it's unpackaged it can't access the WinUI 3 framework package on the machine.
