Hello @mathieumack , thanks for reaching us :) I believe that error is raised by OpenAI, you could try calling OpenAI api directly and same error will occur.
Back to the error, this 'self signed certificate' usually because your local env has set some certificate proxy redirect the requests. (If you don't know whatever things has been set before, then 'reset the PC' could recover certificate, I have tried reset before and it works.

With a configuration where I force the SSL certificate on my laptop, everyhing works.
It's not really clear ^^, but it works now.
