[Example] Text classification using BERT (Chinese dataset) about nlp-recipes HOT 4 CLOSED

about this, it would be nice to try to find a dataset that we can use, I was looking at this dataset that Xiang Zhang did: https://course.fast.ai/datasets (Sogou news) @hlums does this dataset serve us?

@miguelgfierro I posted a couple here. Having trouble with both datasets though. The XNLI one was used in the BERT paper, but can not be downloaded right now. The THUCTC one apparently only contain one category after unzipping. Both have non-commercial licenses.
The Sougou news one you mentioned have been converted to pinyin, like phonetics for English. Each pinyin can correspond to multiple Chinese characters. I tried to track down the original dataset, the license looks pretty restrictive too.
Have a few other ones on my investigation list. Will try to finalize the list on Friday and send to CELA.
