How can we tell from the builds where it got uploaded into the blob infrastructure? Basically how can we easily map a given AzDO build to a directory in blob storage?

You can look at the WARNING: Azcopy command line, and it shows the target. But that's not easy. I'll add a step that prints out a (non-authed) URL for each uploaded artifact.
