Ah, ok. That one you can also target with standard CSS:
.fluent-multi-splitter-bar > span[part="resize"] {
display: none;
}
from fluentui-blazor.
What is missing in the CSS variables to configure that?
.fluent-multi-splitter {
/* Resize Icon colors */
--fluent-multi-splitter-color: var(--neutral-stroke-strong-rest);
--fluent-multi-splitter-color-active: var(--neutral-stroke-strong-hover);
/* Bar colors */
--fluent-multi-splitter-background-color: var(--neutral-stroke-rest);
--fluent-multi-splitter-background-color-active: var(--neutral-stroke-hover);
--fluent-multi-splitter-hover-opacity: 0.8;
/* Bar size */
--fluent-multi-splitter-bar-size: 8px;
}
from fluentui-blazor.
Unfortunately I'm not sure. I've used this parameter before switching from FluentSplitter to FluentMultiSplitter ...
from fluentui-blazor.
Yeah, those are completely different components on the inside. As Denis said, you can use the CSS variables with the Multi Splitter to reach your goal.
Closing this as answer is supplied.

Hi Vincent,
just to be sure we are talking about the same topic. This is what I like to prevent to display:
As far as I know with FluentSplitter this was configurable using the bool parameter/property "BarHandle" ?
As I'm not very familiar with CSS can you please give me a hint which CSS variables you mean ?
from fluentui-blazor.
Yes, for FluentSplitter that is configurable. But as that is a different component, that does not work for the multi splitter. Bu using
--fluent-multi-splitter-bar-size: 0px;
you should be able to effectively make it invisible.
from fluentui-blazor.
I think there is still a misunderstanding. This is what I mean:
not the complete bar.
from fluentui-blazor.
That's it, thank you. It was my initial intention to control this by a parameter. But I'm not sure if this would be useful for other users but for me it is...
