Hey @v3gaaa,
I have found a way to complete the technical onboarding by opening this in "vscode.dev" this is the mobile Version of Visual Studio. There you can import your GitHub-Projects and then publish from there on - this works fine for me.
Took a long time playing around to arrive at this solution but I hope this helps you too!
