Based on the log you're using nuget.exe to push. NuGet needs the CredentialProvider.Microsoft.exe instead of the CredentialProvider.Microsoft.dll, so please run the installcredprovider.ps1 script with -AddNetfx flag and empty the environment variable NUGET_PLUGIN_PATHS. The -AddNetfx flag will add another folder next to the netcore folder and then nuget.exe will find the plugin in C:\Users\<user>\.nuget\plugins\netfx\CredentialProvider.Microsoft\CredentialProvider.Microsoft.exe without the environment variable NUGET_PLUGIN_PATHS being set.
