@kennykerr thanks for the feedback! the policy service is looking now under the root. we will expand it to look under .github and docs folders

@DragosDanielBoia It should actually look under all the documented locations https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/getting-started/adding-a-security-policy-to-your-repository#about-security-policies

To give people instructions for reporting security vulnerabilities in your project, you can add a SECURITY.md file to your repository's root, docs, or .github folder. When someone creates an issue in your repository, they will see a link to your project's security policy.

Can you also provide an estimate of when this bot will leave us alone?
