Thank you for your report.
There are some problems with multi-monitor with primary monitor on the right. See also Issue #28 . This is partially due to some Gnome Shell Core limitations in a multi-monitor scenario. Some relevant upstream bugs and commits: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=663690, https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690666, https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=642881.
Using the left monitor as the primary one would solve the problem. I'm also thinking about a temporary workaround.

Thanks for the answer.
I confirm using the left monitor solve the issue, but its not "a good" solution in my case. I hope your temporary workaround could fix the the issue :).

Hello!
Is there any workaround, dirty hack or anything to fix this bug?
I know pressure barrier exist, but you still have to wait for dock to show up, search for the icon and then click instead of just clicking on icons.

@MatejSpindler No, as far as I know.

I'm not sure, but the situation should be improved since gnome 3.14. Can anybody confirm?

@micheleg
I just tested Dash to dock and yes it is reserving space in the middle between two monitors.
