I've started supporting rtl mode. Have a look at commit 8d20eeddff4986efd014d1d6a8bfed9b9bdbeabd and tell me if the changes I made are enough.

Looks good so far, but the "Switch workspace only at 1px wide area" functionality doesn't switch into rtl-mode

I think commit 3511539b9d5d215b80efb06ba1f08eb309c82940 fix this problem too.

Previous commit was buggy. Last commit on the rtl-support branch should fix also a wrong dock positioning after icon size change.
