I just want to inform you that pg-diff is a CLI tool, so it should be installed globally. In general it should be run without yarn. 😂

I Checked these days with a mac and i cannot reproduce your issue 😢 .
In any case the line ending is automatically changed when i commit on GITHUB from CRLF to LF (\r\n into \n).

We also are using vscode on win, mac and ubuntu and never we saw kind of error.

Actually can you tell me if you resolved the issue other then change the source code?

I'm not using pg-diff anymore (😢), switched to migra.

As I recall, the way to fix for me was using this button in VSCode :
