Apologies for the trouble Kuriousity; I don't have access to a Windows PC to test on, unfortunately. Inkblot makes extensive use of HTML5 elements, which older versions of IE do not support and would explain why you may have had some strange rendering issues. Out of curiosity, what version of IE are you experiencing issues with?

Thank you for the response - I've tried the site on Internet Explorer 8 and 9, as well as the compatibility modes within them.
I've managed to now get almost everything back to the way it was before by having that script in place to force run HTML5 and 'turning off' then turning back on the customized settings within Inkblot. It seems to have done the trick and the different sections are now showing up again.
I don't know too much about the different HTML types (and browser compatibility is always a pain in the butt!) but it may be worth adding that script to Inkblot by default?
