Allow comments after each cron line about cronical HOT 2 CLOSED

I did a partial rewrite of the program a while ago, and then that kind of ran out into the sand, but this seems like a good opportunity to take a second look at that and try to finish it. I'll include your request in that!

The last commit should fix this problem - you should now be able to use # for commenting in cron lines. # will allow you to actually use hashes in the cron lines as well. Unfortunately, it is not able to distinguish # inside "" or similar - that will require a different string parser. Please test it and see how it works.
