目前并未做热加载，插件包上传后需要重启 api-test 和 node-controller 服务。

重启后也未同步到node的目录下

重启后当时node节点目录下会存在同步的jar包，但是执行node的资源池时会被程序删除

/data/metersphere/metersphere/data/api-folder/jar/node/ 这个目录下存放是文件管理中上传的函数包，当有jar变更时每次执行都会同步最新包，您把错误信息发出来看看。
