I have made an example in guide how you can run Blaze and Vue next to each other in the same app, using Blaze templates and even Blaze block helpers. See this file.

Yes, you could do that. See this package.
So you could have Vue router, and then inside some routes you render old Blaze template.
You can even mix Blaze templates on the same page/route.
The only issue I anticipate is how to open a link in Vue router from Blaze.
