Hi warsamebashir,

In the specific case of 'Roles.userIsInRole' you can pass in any object with a 'roles' array field and it will perform the check for you. Here is the relevant code:

That said, you may want to just pull out the pieces of meteor-roles that you need and make your own custom package to avoid any maintenance issues down the road.
