After a lot of trials and thinking, I came to the conclusion that every Node should have a constant output. Dynamic outputs might not be obvious for the user, hard to integrate in the existing system and make things overcomplicated. If I really need a node that has a different output based on the input (e.g., filter) I can simply create multiple nodes, one for each output.
