There are some bugs to fix before this fully works.

Current Status:
After launching the UEFI hypervisor from the UEFI shell inside Hyper-V, the expected CPUID, RDMSR, and WRMSR VM exits are occurring as anticipated.
- CPUID Handling: If the Hyper-V feature is enabled, the hypervisor is altered to report that it does not conform to the Microsoft hypervisor interface ("Hv#1") by setting it to 0.
- HLT Handling:
HLT
VM exits are managed by simply incrementing RIP. Unsure if these are supposed to occur running under Hyper-V. - Reserved MSR and #GP Injection: If the Hyper-V feature is enabled, it does not inject a #GP, which causes Windows to BSOD with the `Stop code: ATTEMPTED SWITCH FROM DPC; otherwise, allowing reserved MSR to inject a #GP results in a triple fault VM exit.
- VMCALL Handling: If the Hyper-V feature is enabled, the
VMCALL
is forwarded. Otherwise, if it is not our defined hook, a #GP is injected.

This is not needed at all and is completely pointless for me.
