The timeout should be 1 second. However, the bootloader is not meant to be triggered manually. If the capacitor is series is impossible, Avrdude 7.2 lets you also connect the reset pin directly to the DTR/RTS pin, and it will work, given that the voltage levels are the same.

I have no plans to add a bunch of new Urboot hex files to increase the WDT timeout, sorry.
