I was about to file a bug report about this, appereantly it's because the Lilu version provided by Kryptonite is too old and it panics at boot on Ventura.

All I had to do to fix this was replace Lilu with a newer version in my OC kexts folder, so @mayankk2308 I think all you need to do is update the installer to use latest version of Lilu

I tried this on my MacPro 2013 model and still I don't get the Kryptonite to load.

MacBook Pro 9.1, ventura, OCLP 0.5.1 and rx Radeon 580.

I have managed to identify the graphics card in the upper bar but it only afect to the internal screen, I do not have egpu output to the external monitor. I installed Kryptonite and updated Lilu.

Can confirm. MacbookPro11,5 and it straight up won’t make it past the loading screen at all. I got Ventura, OCLP 0.5.1 and Vega 64 eGPU over EXP GDC TH3P4G3

That’s the nature of community software for you. It’s always prone to break. Give the developers some time, it is a miracle we are at the stage we are at, and a couple of days of troubleshooting ain’t gonna kill nobody ;)

also it can always be reverted. It’s just an OC install

Well, after further testing, I can now load into macOS without killing my Mac, however, the drivers still don't load. It just shows as "Display". This is a supported GPU (AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 Air Cooled, Silver model).

How can I provide logs? I updated Lilu but my Vega just shows as a "Display".I can confirm macOS recognizes it but nothing else besides toggling power on for it, complaining when I remove it unsafely (as if I could do so, as the eGPU expulse icon doesn't show up either). I confirmed it works in Windows by disabling the R9 and enabling the iGPU/swtiching to it, and also DSDT, and it works fine, but on macOS it doesn't and (unrelated) gfxCardStatus also breaks too

Are you sure the "Display" in question is actually your eGPU?
Ventura dropped support for a bunch of GPUs, including AMD GCN 1-3. OCLP can add the support back, but at least with Polaris GPUs there are a bunch of issues.

I'll say though that at least on my MBP 11,3, Ventura works perfectly with RX 5700 XT eGPU. Both with or without patching iGPU drivers.

Mind sharing steps to replicate? Here’s my current case:
After installing kryptonite and updating lilu, the eGPU is recognized by macOS but it just shows as “Display” on the list of HPUs, next to the R9 and the Iris Pro. When I remove it, it says it was removed without proper safety prompting me to safely remove it. This doesn’t happen without kryptonite. This is my current case, running a Vega 64 through TH3P4G3
The eGPU works in windows. Previously using dsdt override but that’d severely break the GPU stack on macOS, so I decided to instead use another method exclusive for 2015 15” macs

I'd try to just not patch the R9 GPU if possible. You'll likely lose internal display usage though.
