I'm seeing the same problem with thoughtbot's factory girl gem. Have you investigate the problem? It might be a bug in Rails that will get fixed before the 3.0 release.

Yes, there was the same problem with factory_girl, but it was fixed in factory_girl's branch 'rails3'. Maybe I will have time to look at this tomorrow.
