First implementation of a Presentation View (for a projector) @chris24walsh !
It's of course only in very early stages of development....

The presentation view should better adapt to various screen sizes. On smaller screens, the font size must be smaller as well.

Actually, the user should be able to set the font size.
That value should be retained between sessions, so it's best to use "LocalStorage" in JavaScript
