Prison Pearl random release about prisonpearl HOT 2 OPEN

I've seen a similar issue before, for some reason the check that it does on
startup decided the cointainer I had them in either didn't exist, or didn't
contain them, and released them, it happened 3 times with the same
container, but other containers worked fine..

I am completely baffled as to how this has happened seeing as both were
tucked away safetly and I never went back to visit them. Then, all of the
sudden they are released directly at the vault....

Thanks for the reply. Do you think shattering the current chest and
recreating it would resolve the issue?
