It's probably bad practice, but I haven't had a need for those yet. I've just used a high enough .Take() to include all my records, so I haven't had to find a way to make this work

My best idea for the API would be for the CouchQuery<T> to have ExecutionStats and Bookmark. You'd also probably need to change to CouchQuery<T> : ICouchQuery<T> where ICouchQuery<T> is

public interface ICouchQuery<T> : IQueryable<T>, IQueryable, IEnumerable<T>, IEnumerable, IOrderedQueryable<T>, IOrderedQueryable
{
    string Bookmark { get; }
    ExecutionStats ExecutionStats { get; }
}

Not sure how feasible that is because I haven't looked into your implementation of IQueryable much yet

Yes, it's what I was thinking, expect only implementing ienumerable.

And add an extension method for IQueryable that returns that instead of a simple IEnumerable.

ToCouchList and ToCouchListAsync added.
