I'm not sure it will be an improvement. At the moment, everytime you call "create()" the properties file gets loaded (or reloaded) and a totally new object is created. Nothing is cached (get implies that something is already there to be taken). BTW, I'll keep it here and see if there are more requests like this one.

won't fix: create() is enough. I don't like rendundancy, and nobody seems to need this.
