well this just turned into cleaning up the two files + adding instructions for how to handle this in the README.

@jordanrhall the diff between the two files is now:

the new way to handle this:

make advisor
make coadvisors

this will handle the copying of "true" style files that are invisible in the env folder and overwriting them to ucdenver-dissertation.cls

I couldn't figure out how to reference the advisors file anyway, so this was the fastest solution. Seems like what @jordanrhall did anyway by editing that file to suit his co-advisor needs. See #12
