Yarn start giving ENOTDIR error about expresso-sequelize HOT 2 CLOSED

I fixed this issue, but I recommend you use yarn dev, because if you use yarn start every time there is a change nodemon will restart, this will slow you down in the development process.

if using yarn dev every code change does not affect nodemon or nodemon will not restart, because nodemon reads .JS file.

so you have to manually restart yarn dev when there is a change in the code
