英文界面下播放控制选项出现不全

深度影音正在修复的BUG：
[] 有字幕的电影，拖入以后，在菜单上的时候点击无效, 序列打乱.
[] 播放电影的时候，鼠标移动到工具条的时候，屏幕会动。
[] 播放列表拖里面的东西的时候会闪.
需要继续做的事情:
菜单添加 图标. 光盘， 查看属性。
新版本深度影音重构.
