There are three places the microsecond timing exist. It is easily removed from the leveled metadata - but it will still exist as part of the SibBin in the object head metadata (and in the actual object in the Journal).
It is easy to move the first part, but as each microsecond timing is duplicated, compression should "remove" this anyway.
