Your code queries your local pc. Therefore you see no leak. But you can add a scope to the ManagmentObjectSearcher to query another pc.

That looks like the tiny leak i remember.
I also tried to reproduce the issue. But no success. Maybe its already fixed in the new .Net or windows version.

But in your case there is a tiny leak. This is a problem if you implement a service that requests multiple servers and multiple classes every few seconds.
