If you include thus lib in the Arduino environment, you can flash your application to an ESP12E.

thanks for reply. Is there a tutorial how to do that? I'm able to flash some binaries or compile a ready made sketckbook on Arduino-IDE, but im clueless how to do more diffcult things ....

If you install the lib and run one of the included samples (from the samples menu) you will already get a running broker.
