Try removing ~/Library/Preferences/jp.tmkk.XLD.plist

If the problem still occurs after that, there will be something wrong with your
system...

Thank you tmkkmac.
Tried the plist delete trick but still failed -- but then, found some other cue
file from another source, and XLD worked like a charm.
Turns out that I had by chance tried to parse about 7 non-standard cue files in
a row. Not XLD's fault after all.
Thanks again for your help, and I love XLD!!

OK.

By the way, what is the "non-standard" cue file? I want to add support for it
if possible.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

OK, I'll try to retrieve the original version of the cue files (I accidentally
overwrote them while trying to find out what was wrong). May take a day or so.

Thanks for your support!

Hello, I tried getting a fresh copy of the cue file. This time it worked fine.

Don't know what happened, but when I tried to fix the spelling on some track
names etc., the editor I used may to have corrupted the cue files.
Visually I could not determine where the error arose, but maybe some text
encoding issue? (I am using a Japanese version of Mac OS X.)
Anyway, the original version of the cue file actually works fine, so I'll just
edit the resulting track names instead of trying to fix them ahead of time by
editing the cue file.
Thanks again for your help.

Quick follow-up:
I just read Issue #11, and thought the issue here may be related, because many
of the edits I tried to make in the original cue file concerned adding or
correcting accented letters in the track titles.

However, checking further, I discovered that adding this line to the beginning
of the cue file will cause a hang:

REM DISCID

Removing this line from all the incompatible cue files has allowed them to be
processed by XLD without issue!!

So this was the problem... I would have thought that any line beginning with
"REM " would be ignored...

Thank you for your attention.

...So, the actual problem is: XLD crashes when reading .cue which has REM
DISCID line with blank discid. This problem is confirmed.

I'm not sure how that strange .cue could be generated, though.

To remove the suspense about how the .cue was generated, I did it manually...
In full flush of ignorance about .cue files, I copied this line from somewhere
else, pasted it into several .cue files, and then just deleted the diskid
value, thinking that anything after "REM" would be parsed as a comment so it
wouldn't matter.
Gotta read up more on .cue format someplace...

Thanks again for your help!
