Releasing 1.0 about mapbox-java HOT 10 CLOSED

@zugaldia This is exciting! I'm starting the Dogfooding Process with Sirius now.

@zugaldia Things are going great with the Mapbox Android Services (MAS) integration with Sirius Android. I've been using Driving V5, Walking V4, and Cycling V4 for Directions and the new MapboxGeocoding class for geocoding all week and things are 👌. My goal is to release by midday Friday so that everyone has time to test it out and keep things on track for the planned release next week.

Sirius for Android running Mapbox Android Services has now shipped!

One thing I noticed when shipping it was some warnings regarding Proguard. Android Studio 2 is much more strict about this and wouldn't let me create a signed APK while the warnings remained. This lead to today's release not utilizing Progaurd.

I'm gonna proceed releasing the artifacts to Maven.
