Nevertheless, the logs provided seems very similar to those of the issue #325

Could you send a .pcap capture from Wireshark when it's working on Windows, plus maybe a small video to have an idea on how the device works?

Just stumbled over this issue and want to give some feedback.

I'm using my HP 5740 with your latest docker image.
Scanning from flatbed works pretty good. When I select "Save as PDF" or "Save as JPG" the scan is nevertheless saved as .jpg. Image can be opened though, so no big problem.

Otherwise I noticed the corrupted files while scanning via ADF (#413). I'll post my logs and image over there.
