It works wonderfully on my Mac. I stopped fulling with it on my Windows 10 machine

As far I as know Mantra-CLI does work on Windows (see PR). It might be that PATH is not configured on your machine so it cannot find the executable file for the CLI.

I ran into the same issue. What is mantra-cli's path that I need to include in Windows's PATH?

You should include in your path whichever directory you use to install npm package. Otherwise your shell cannot find the command. This is not likely an issue with mantra-cli.
